Today was just not my day. Came home extremely late from work exhausted. Fell asleep before I could log my dinner. No workout. Ah well, tomorrow (or should I say today) is a new day!6

yes x 3 for me! Very, very busy day at work too! I have to get a tracker to see how many steps I put in a day. I am in retail management on my feet minimum of 80% in at least 8.5 hours a day.

Exercise was deliberate walking after work. I found a new needlepoint store that was amazing but out of my budget (think "art" canvas by original artists, not an off-the-shelf kit). Walked Hobby Lobby looking for a more budget friendly needlepoint project and then decided my stash of craft projects would be utilized first!
