    Excellent day of moving new furniture in for our guest bedroom. My sons will no longer have to sleep on the couch! I had over 5,000 steps by 10:30 a.m. Whew! Thankful for strong friends who were able to help! Ended the day in the pool with the ladies and enjoyed pushing it extra hard tonight. Hope everyone has a great night! <3

    we had a catered lunch of sandwiches and salad at work today. I had to estimate calories but used the options on Fitness Pal to average what it could be. I usually overestimate but I am still under even using the higher calorie count.

    35 min pm dog walk with 15lb dumbbell in a backpack. Challenging myself to start "rucking" to burn extra calories on walks.
