    In the 100 days, I want to lose 20 lbs if I can.

    If I lose 2 lbs per week consistently, I can reach my goal weight by May 2020.

    Gw: 60kg (132lbs) but let's try to get to 75 kg first.
    I have lost about 8kg since December and gained back 2 recently and I'm hoovering around the same weight now. I hope to develop a healthier lifestyle and lose some more.

    My goal for this challenge is to be 135 lbs by the end of the 100 days, but I'm unsure if that's my goal in general. I'm hoping to stick to ~1400 calories a day but I think I'm going to aim more for that to be my daily average every week instead of a daily hard limit. I think I'm also going to aim to stick to a weekly minimum of 1200*7= 8,400 calories. I'm really trying to avoid falling into some past habits of restriction, leading to overeating and binges.
    Additional goals (sorry if off topic!)
    1) Add in 30 minutes of cardio 2-3 times a week
    2) Take my meds everyday within an hour of waking up, unless I've decided the day before to take a day off of them.

    Anyone in this group interested in helping each other start off the first 10 days strong by checking in with each other and talking about if we've met our goals? It might be nice to also have someone to talk to or vent about everything food/weight related. I don't wanna become that person who bores my friends by talking about my diet lol

    I have no idea when 100 days from now is.. wait, just googled and it’s the end of October. By then I’m hoping to be around 260 / 270 realistically speaking. I’ve just started getting pretty serious this month and I’m already down some elbees which is a nice situation type deal. My other goal is only having “cheat” meals when there is an event (such as a wedding) and otherwise eating keto.

    I want to be down to a 130lbs or lower by the end of the 100 days. The bigggest challenge will be exercising 3-5 times a week for 30 mins.

    3) 125 (midpoint of my ideal BMI range)

    GW (right now): 200 lbs (90 kg)

    I'd love to lose 50 elbees (22,5 kg) before the end of the year!
    Actual goal weight, which I'd really like to get to, is 160 lbs (72,5 kg), but right now I have to take small(ish) steps, and I'll be very happy once I reach 200 lbs/90kg!

    I started my journey in January 2019, but because of studies, holidays and some personal stuff I stopped after I lost 45 lbs in about 4 months. But now I'm back after I gained about 9 lbs (4 kg), and this time trying to eat low carb as I hope it will help me in my journey.

    I really need to work on consistency and my diet! I workout but my diet is bad and I intend to absolutely rectify that!
