Exactly 8 months ago to the day I started my get healthy journey. Today I am only .2 lbs away from my goal weight. So I have to consider that a true success!! I didn’t think I’d stick with it, or be able to say no to certain foods but I feel better than ever and look better than I have in my entire adult life.
