Closing out the month a little early. Winners circle a bust.
I did get some exercise this month though.
I didn't get to my goal of 30,000 but still the effort panned out useful.

I qualified for Strava's "July Cycling Climbing" merit badge. That is for 7500 meters of climb.
Meters, whatever that is. I think that is 7500 x 3.3 = 24,750.
Heh, I got that plus a little spare change.

I don't exercise every day. I put a calendar pic. Turns out my tracker watch has a web page.
Heh, who knew! Kind of like every other day but never on Saturday.
I still didn't lose that 9 pounds I am trying to shake. Gots to settle in on better tracking.

I am getting to spend like every other day with my little Buddy. Those are my off exercise days but sometimes I think it might count as exercise. He is 70 pounds now.
He is happy as a clam. The little clan that revolves around him is just mesmerized by his charm. Most of my rascal clan is up to middle school when school starts. Buddy, he still elementary. I have memories of some of those kids getting to some milestones that weren't expected.
