    3 hours of gardening and 1 hour kickboxing class - I held 3lb weights the whole class BRUTAL in the best way.
    I’m eating back about 200 calories in keto friendly ice cream!!!

    I’m gearing up to move from maintenance this month to deficit in August and I have a little case of LastSupper-itis. Maybe I should be regretful but I actually believe it helps to go up a little before dieting. I don’t have proper evidence (hence the term belief) but, if nothing else, it probably helps reset my hunger hormones.
