PASS DAY #1 (INTENTIONAL)
Exercised?: Yes - active for a good part of the day with lots of walking.
Calories?: No - a new vegan market started up in my area today so i decided calories didn't count today
Tracked?: Kind of - all guesstimated as best i could.
Thoroughly enjoyed my day off! Looking forward to an early morning workout tomorrow9 -

Calories and tracking - again, didn't eat the healthiest food today but came in just under. Will make better choices this week.
Exercise - it's a festival in my town this weekend so took the little ones to a 'family rave' this morning hoping to dance off some calories but my daughter decided she was scared of the balloons they had after some popped so we barely lasted ten minutes. Walked there and back though. Then went to a local beauty spot for a walk. This time my son wailed ten mins into the forest that he needed feeding. Did manage to walk round our lake later on and played catch and chase so got some gentle exercise in the end!11 -

Yes x 3. Exercise was strength training and walking.
Today was my third day doing 20-30min of strength training first(ish) thing in the morning and I’m delighted to say I think this is a routine I can stick with. Doing it early means I’m far less likely to bump up against competing priorities. I thought maybe I’d feel too sluggish to get a quality workout but I have a quick breakfast and coffee then go, so my energy level has been fine.
I’m excited! Feeling like this could be a game changer for me.7 -

@goldthistime -- Glad to hear the morning workouts are working for you! I'm a morning workout person myself. I get up at 5am every weekday morning and Saturday morning for my long runs. It took me about two weeks to get fully used to it and now my body naturally wakes itself up at 5am or a few minutes before. And I feel the same way you do -- it helps my body naturally wake up, it gives me a great metabolism push for the day, and I get it done before something else pops up in my day to make it so I can't work out.

was able to get my activity in today and thought I would be ok on calories but when I logged everything in I was way over. I normally log as I go throughout the day but went to dinner for my moms bday and didnt log until I got home.
