Somewhat new to Keto...I always have an iced coffee protein shake for breakfast - coffee, heavy whipping cream and protein. I know there are carbs in the protein powder, but any ideas why my coffee and heavy whipping cream are showing up with carbs when I enter them?

Yep, all Heavy Whipping Cream (HWC) has carbs. Even if the label says 0, I believe it has 0.4g carbs per serving. Food manufacturers are allowed to label a food as having zero grams of carbs if it contains 0.5 grams or less per serving. So if you're really pouring in the HWC, you're adding a bunch of carbs to your diet and not realizing it. Took me forever to learn this.
Here's a good article. Hope this helps you and keto on! https://hypnoticnutrition.wordpress.com/2016/03/05/yes-heavy-whipping-cream-has-carbs/0 -

Been on Keto for three weeks and last few days my fats went to 75-80% and I have back right shoulder pain.
Should I reduce fats? And then change the rest..proteins and carbs too?1 -
