Week 2 day 1 here we go!
Did sets of 9, 11, 8, 8, 11 with 60 second breaks between each.
It was hard. The breaks never feel like they're enough , but I powered through anyway. Proud of myself for keeping with it!2 -
Week 2 day 1
Sets 1 through 5 - 5, 6, 7, 7, 7
Can't get above 7 reps! Arms totally shakin by set 5!
Flags will be flying if I ever make 10 in a row, haha!1 -

I did this day too... nearly didn’t get the last set of 11 out 🥵 but it’s pretty exciting to be improving!!!

Week 2, Day 2, Done!
10, 12, 9, 9, 13 (from the toes, with 90 second breaks)
This felt like my limit. The last set really took some serious mental energy, and I don't think my form was perfect for the last couple. But I did squeeze them out, and I feel like going to my edge like that is what really makes me stronger, so it's all worth it! Hopefully I can handle day 3...2 -

Week 2 day 3:
12, 13, 10, 10, 15 with 120sec breaks on toes, DONE! That's a total of 60!
I wasn't sure I'd make it through this one since day 2 of this week was so hard, but I think the longer breaks really helped. I was actually fine until the last set. The last set was really hard. The last 5 really took some willpower, and I don't think they were perfect, but I made it!
Also, I'm noticing that I'm not getting as sore between the days, even though I'm doing way more pushups than just a couple of weeks ago. I think my body is getting used to it, which feels good.
Doing the exhaustion test either tomorrow or Sunday, let's see how I do!

Had to skip a week of pushing-up. (Actually, I only had to skip 4 days, but then kept forgetting.) Anyway, I picked up today with week 1, day 3. I did column 3, but apparently read it wrong....so I did 11, 13, 9, 9, 14 max. I think that 13 should have been 15....oops!
Despite the goof-up, I was pretty pleased that I was able to pick right back up even after taking a week off. It wasn't easy (don't get me wrong!)3 -

5, 6, 5, 6, 8 - that 8th one just about finished me off, haha!
Had a 2 min rest before I attempted it and only just managed it! Still it's one more than 7 I suppose!2 -

Day 1 of Week 2 today - (I'm a day late and will do Day 2 tomorrow). So so weak - it was a struggle, I couldn't do the last 6, got to 4 and had to do 4 more on my knees. 4,6,4,4,6+ I'll try again tomorrow0

I did the exhaustion test today: 1 full on the toes giving all I I’ve got, then 12 knee style. I’ll continue on the knees the next weeks.2
