No real exercise and ate over calories. Not horrible, made mostly good choices (2 margaritas were my treat) but I also didn’t log.
It was my fathers 72nd birthday, he went skydiving with my husband and daughter. This time I stayed on the ground. My dad goes every year for his birthday, he’s a trip.

Feeling my muscles return!! Exercising tons & holding calories down. Only 0.6 lbs to get back to top of maintenance Range. My goal is to get to 153 prior to a trip in late September.
Someone on here said she lost weight prior to trips (like saving money for a purchase) and then enjoying herself & returning in her range — as opposed to gaining on trip & returning home to face dieting (ie taking out a loan & then having to work to pay it off).
So I’m dieting until I leave & then will be careful. I realllly hate the stress of being over my goal wt & I hate dieting. LOL7 -
