I've stayed pretty consistent, I think it has taken my body three or four months to figure out, "Hey, something is different here, I need to readjust my metabolism." We'll see if my 2 lbs a week trend lasts much longer. I've had a couple of 'binge-type' feelings in the last week too, that's new.2 -

Hi all
Sorry for the silence of late - life sort of got on top of me
It was time to brave Madame Scales, she had been absent from my life and was missing me
So went on and not surprisingly plus 2lbs which given I have not really followed the diet I think is a lucky escape
So in pounds and pence
Starting again at 203 lbs ( 14st 7 lbs )
I will post again next week and hopefully will have fully reset myself again by then
