I just did the exhaustion test, and I squeezed out 21! Can you believe it!? I can't lol. I TRIPLED the number of pushups I can do in 2 weeks. I feel beastly.
I also am in fear because that puts me in column 2 of week 3, and it's looking pretty intimidating... Keep me on it, okay guys?
Looking forward to seeing how much improvement you've made in two weeks too!4 -
Thanks for al your support Jowo2000. You are an inspiration!1

Week 3 Day 1:
12, 17, 13, 13, 17, total of 72!
This was SO HARD. But I got through it. The last set was torture, I don't know how I finished it. I ended up taking a longer break than the suggested 60 seconds because there was no way. Hopefully I can stay with this week, but I might have to repeat this day if the next day is too insane.
Wish me luck!1 -
@jowo2000 - Wow, that is bloody amazing!
I might have to repeat week 1 and 2 - week 3 looks too hard and my exhaustion test was only 8.
My day is tomorrow so I will see how it goes then decide from there perhaps?

Yeah, it might not be a bad idea to repeat week 2 or something. That's totally normal! When I did this one time in the past, I repeated weeks a bunch. The whole 6 weeks thing is a lie lol. But you will make progress no matter what!1 -
@Kelly_T_1977 I would repeat week 1, but this time do column 2!

That's a great idea. Thanks chick. Still really struggling with these!0 -
Week 3 day 2:
14, 19, 14, 14, 20 (did an extra one at the end!) (90 second breaks, on toes) total of 81 DONE!
I was intimidated by this day, but somehow, it wasn't as bad as I thought. I was able to do them a little later in the day than normal after getting good sleep, so I think that made a big difference. Feeling strong, and ready for day 3!
How's everyone else feeling? I hope you're feeling great about yourself and strong, you deserve it if you're sticking with it. I certainly do!2 -
Week 3 Day 3:
16, 21, 15, 15, 21 (120 second breaks, on toes) total of 88 DONE!
Oof, that one was hard. The last set had me shaking. But I think the longer break time was helpful, I did somehow make it to the end. I'm looking at the next week, and it's looking pretty scary... especially with the shorter break on day 1. We'll see how it goes, if it's too much, I may repeat this day a few times...
Hope you all are enjoying this dreadful challenge!1 -
So - Week 2 to Week 3 was an impossible jump for me.
I modified week 3 from 10,12,7,7,9 = 45 and up from week 2's 24 push ups.
I did 7,5,6,5,7 = 30 I'm just not able to do more than 8 in a rep right now. Hopefully next week!2 -

You'll get it, I know you will! Sometimes the leap to the next week seems unreasonable. I had that going into week 4. I think I need to repeat day 1 a few times and shorten the breaks until I'm able to do them all with not too long of a break.1 -
I was feeling under the weather so I took 2 days off. I did the exhaustion test today and did 25. That puts me in column 2 instead of 3 (by 1 rep). I'll do that and switch to column 3 next week or move on to week 4 depending on how this week goes.1

Week 3 - day 1: 10,12,7,7,9

Week 3 - Day 2 - my modified version (but I am on my toes) - 7,5,6,5,72
-
Week 3 day 1- 12, 17, 13, 13, 17. I was breathing hard at the end.1

Nice work everyone!0

Week 3 - day 2 : The plan was 10,12,8, 8, 12+ but it became 10, 12, 8, 4 and then I just couldn't anymore.
Day 3 I will repeat day 1, and next week, I'll repeat this week to give my body some time to get a bit stronger.0 -
Week 3 - Day 3 (my modified version - but on my toes) 9,5,7,5,8
So - I figured out I'm an idiot and been going about it wrong. I printed off Week 1, Week 2 and Week 3..........and never noticed that Day 1 is NOT the same as day 3. Argh! It's rather slow going, but I WILL get there.1 -

It's okay! I think the most important thing is that you're doing them, so you're still basically on track! You're doing awesome and have made so much progress already!1 -
I'm off track, after not being able to complete day 2 - I didn't have the opportunity to do Day 3 this weekend.
I'll do week 3 over as from tomorrow !1 -
