Week 3 - Take 2 - Day 2: 10,12,8,8,12 : done.
This was way more willpower than strength, but I'm definitely stronger than last week.
Now my arms might fall off, but I guess I'll screw them back on.1 -

Week 3..... Still stuck here, but steady progress. Was on the road yesterday and ran out of steam so I did them today. Day 1- 10,12,8,8,102

Week 3b day 3- 22, 30, 20, 20, 28. It's getting really hard. I'm going to do column 2 next week for week 4.2
