So - I figured out I'm an idiot and been going about it wrong. I printed off Week 1, Week 2 and Week 3..........and never noticed that Day 1 is NOT the same as day 3. Argh! It's rather slow going, but I WILL get there.
It's okay! I think the most important thing is that you're doing them, so you're still basically on track! You're doing awesome and have made so much progress already!1 -
I'm off track, after not being able to complete day 2 - I didn't have the opportunity to do Day 3 this weekend.
I'll do week 3 over as from tomorrow !1 -

I have no idea of which place to post this... Couldn't QUITE do Week 3 - so modified again.... but it's more than last week and I did them.
Week 3 - (attempt 2 & 2nd modification) - 10,12,6,6,7 (I did a happy dance at being able to bust out 12!)2 -

This was way more willpower than strength, but I'm definitely stronger than last week.
Now my arms might fall off, but I guess I'll screw them back on.1 -

Week 3..... Still stuck here, but steady progress. Was on the road yesterday and ran out of steam so I did them today. Day 1- 10,12,8,8,102
