For those who are not in the U.S. Susan B. Anthony was most instrumental in women's suffrage. Frederick Douglass was born into slavery, escaped north to freedom and was an abolitionist, orator and statesman. Both are interred at Mount Hope Cemetery.6 -

Had to use exercise for my calories to count as under. Today was the end of teacher training week 1 and the school had a happy hour with free drink tickets and pizza. Three slices. Thankfully I had eaten lightly at breakfast and lunch plus done some room cleaning and setup for a lot of natural exercise. And then I made myself walk the 40 min home from the bar instead of taking the bus or an Uber2 -
