Week 4, here we come! This week looks scary, but we got this!
Also, if you have to repeat a day or a week, that's totally normal, so if it's getting to be too much, feel free to do that.

Week 4 Day 1:
18, 22, 16, 16, 25 from toes, 92 total, DONE!
However, I took longer breaks than the 60 seconds that they suggest. I just couldn't. I tried between the first and second sets, but after that, I realized there was no way I'm going to be able to do all of these with such a short break. I think my breaks were closer to 2mins+. Plus, I just looked ahead to day 2, and realized it's going to be 100+, so I'm a bit intimidated. I might repeat this day until I'm comfortable with the short break, and then move on. We'll see...

Also, here's a little inspiration from youtube. This lady actually completed the whole challenge, and documented the progress! This is her in week 4.

Week 4 Day 1 (again):
18, 22, 16, 16, 25 from toes, 92 total.
I repeated day 1 with shorter breaks today, about 90 secs. It was still hard, but I managed to shorten the breaks from last time, so that was good. I think I'm going to try to do this day again on Friday with 60 second breaks, then move on to day 2 next week. Wish me luck!1 -
100 Pushup Challenge Week 4 Day 1 (yet again):
18, 22, 16, 16, 25 from toes, 92 total.
Repeated day 1 again, but I managed to do it with the 60 second breaks this time! It was really hard at the end, but I squeezed them out! Attempting day 2 next week. It's over 100 pushups total. Wish me luck!0 -
Week 4 Day 2:
20, 25, 20, 20, 28 all from toes with 90 second breaks, DONE! Total of 113!
That was crazy. The last set might be the hardest thing I've ever done. But I did it! I'm so proud of myself! The 90 second breaks help a lot, I think. I just looked at day 3, and I'm so scared lol...
Oh and btw, my arms look amazing. Just sayin, if you haven't been keeping up, the rewards are real too.

Week 4 Day 2:
20, 25, 20, 20, 28 all from toes with 90 second breaks, DONE! Total of 113!

Hahaha, good job Jowo2000! Enjoy those arm muscles :-)0 -
Week 4 Day 3:
23, 28, 23, 23, 33 all from toes with 120 second breaks, DONE! Total of 130!
I can't believe I just did that. The longer breaks really do help. I was still a puddle by the end, and the last set was sheer willpower. But it happened! I'm have a test next, so I think I'll do that on Friday, and pick up next week. I think this is more than I could do the last time I did this challenge, so I'm excited and nervous at the same time lol!1 -
Just did the exhaustion test, and I did 37 pushups in a row! I thought I could do more since I did so many on Wednesday, but still, that puts me in column 2 for week 5, and looking forward, boy am I scared of it lol.1

Week 4 - day 1: 12, 11, 11, 10, 16 - the second set should have been 14 but I misread as I didn't have my glasses on ! But I'll take it, I did 16 at the end anyhow.
With these sets, I found out how important breathing is.
Yay me ;-)1 -

Great job Antiopelle!!!1 -
Week 4 - day 2: 14, 16, 12, 12, 18. BOOYAH!
Not sure the last 3 were in good form, and still from the knees of course. But still glad I got thuis far already!2 -

Week 4 - day 3: 16, 18, 13, 13, 20
Hahaha, I never would have thought this was going to happen, but it did.
Next week I’ll repeat week 4 just to get me comfy with it, as I feel I was really pushing my limits.

Week 4 day 1- 18,22, 16, 16, 25. I'm doing column 2 so it's less pushups than the last day of week 3 but didn't feel easier.0
-
Week 4 day 2- 20, 25, 20, 20, 32.0
-
Week 4 - Day 1 12,14,11,10, 16 - not gonna lie, I really struggled and my form on the last 6 wasn’t great. Probably need to repeat this day Wednesday and it might take me a few weeks to get thru week 4 😔0

I'm with you Cayenne, I'm repeating the whole week, day 1 today.0 -

I'm with you Cayenne, I'm repeating the whole week, day 1 today.
I'm thinking that realistically week 4 might turn into 3 weeks for me. Doing Day 1 again Wed & Friday this week. Day 2 will be for next week and hopefully at that point I can conquer day 3. I don't know why I simply cannot build up on the schedule - but I think it's important to do it right and there's no rush to be able to get thru this challenge by a certain date. All I can figure is my upper body/core was in really bad shape - I fought back injuries for several years and it just seems to take a long time for me to fix it. At least I'm healthy now and able to make progress.1 -
Week 4 - take 2- day 1: 12, 11, 11, 10, 16 - that went surprisingly well!!1
-
Week 4, Day 1 - Take 2 - 12,14,11,10,16 - My arms are gonna fall off!!!2

Yay!!! Making progress!!1 -
Week 4 day 3- 23, 28, 23, 23, 33. Ready for my next test.0
-
Week 4 Day 1 (take 3) 12,14,11,10,16 - my arms are going to fall off. I think I'm in desperate need of a rest. My plan for next week is to do Week 4 - Day 2!0
-
I did 41 pushups on my latest test. I'll try column 3 next week but I really think it'll be too much for me and I'll end up in column 2. I am seeing some difference in my arms. My arms barely flap when I wave now.1
-
I'm just going to hang out here for a bit - really felt crappy today. Been insanely busy & stressed and not sleeping.
Week 4 Day 1 - 12,14,11,10,15 - I got dizzy and had to quit. I think I just need a bit of a break.1 -
Hi ladies, I’ve noticed that I cannot combine pushups with a extremely active holiday. So I’ll start again with week 4 as from October!
Not giving up, just being realistic 😉1 -
Did Week 4 - Day 1 again today, went much better - 12,14,11,10,16
Hopefully next week I can manage Day 2!0 -
Still slugging away on Week 4 - but I graduated to DAY 2!! 14,16,12,12,150
-
Still pounding them out - Week 4, Day 2! 14,16,12,12,180
-
BAM - Another attempt in the books - Week 4, Day 2! 14,16,12,12,18 - it's on to Week 4 Day 3 next week!0
