Until the UAC, I did not have any accountability to restrain my traveling excesses of too much food and drink. After all, my traveling discomfort seemed to be enough excuse to justify comforting myself by eating.
Now, we are together on the UAC team and it's so much easier to be more in control.
Thanks for being with me on this journey, both literally and figuratively.

I have a planned pass day today as it is my 60th birthday, Feeling good about my age so numbers do not bother me. I am excited because I will start getting my Canadian Pension next week...lol...I will track what I eat today, who knows I may surprise myself...lol....that is if I get up off this chair and start moving, I could get some exercise calories to help Tonight we are having supper with some friends and Saturday my family is having a big party for me.9 -

@jan110144 the scale is sometimes not our friend and on those days I just "unfriend" it...lol! Once I finish this 5k I'll have to set a new goal to work towards.7 -
