Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, at least one hour of walking today. Will post pics in the "What's on your mind today" thread.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes...but ate, poorly from a nutrition perspective. I did have a great tomato sandwich for dinner, though!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

Planned Pass Day #2 for me today. The hubby and I took a few days off of work to go visit some friends in Southern California. I ate weird today because we were on the road, and a lot of restaurant food, so I'm just going to enjoy it and take the Pass Day. I get to run along the ocean tomorrow and Saturday, so that will make the eating out easier the next few days.8
