It is what it is. Back to work Monday after a wonderful 1.5 months off. Just workdays next week and the kids come back after Labor Day so at leastvthere will be routine.

Sorry I am late... spent weigh in morning running to Orthopedic for the boy.. thankful no "structural damage" this time! Weigh in was a day late and not normal time.
Week: Week 4
Today: Thursday, Aug 22 (actual friday Aug 23)
Start weight: 216 lbs
Previous week's weight: 209.0 lbs
Current week's weight: 210.2 lbs
Not sure if that is the gain from time difference or just the catch up of my timeout on everything exercise. Either way, I am owning it and surviving until school returns and life goes back to a normal routine. One more week of humps to get over... boy getting back on the field and feeling okay and moms follow up from surgery. I thought I couldnt wait for August but I am really just hoping to survive until September!1 -
