    It is what it is. Back to work Monday after a wonderful 1.5 months off. Just workdays next week and the kids come back after Labor Day so at leastvthere will be routine.

    @pkg1998 Thank goodness this is a marathon and not a sprint and that this group has lots of cheerleaders.

    I’ve been super vigilant with lowering my sodium intake this week and doing some form of exercise daily, hurray it worked.

    Sorry I am late... spent weigh in morning running to Orthopedic for the boy.. thankful no "structural damage" this time! Weigh in was a day late and not normal time.

    Week: Week 4
    Today: Thursday, Aug 22 (actual friday Aug 23)
    Start weight:  216 lbs
    Previous week's weight: 209.0 lbs
    Current week's weight: 210.2  lbs

    Not sure if that is the gain from time difference or just the catch up of my timeout on everything exercise. Either way, I am owning it and surviving until school returns and life goes back to a normal routine. One more week of humps to get over... boy getting back on the field and feeling okay and moms follow up from surgery. I thought I couldnt wait for August but I am really just hoping to survive until September!
