            I accidentally checked in on the Sept 1 yesterday. I exercised for an hour doing implement throwing to get ready for my upcoming highland games. I ate under my calorie goal and logged my fluids.6

            Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes 20 minutes on the Glut program on the treadmill. It took me until 9 o’clock at night but I got there!
 Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes by 16 cal but I ended up snacking after midnight which I’m going to have to account for today if I want to stay within my goal. This is a real problem for me waking up in the night like that. I’ve improved it hugely over the past year but I have a ways to go.

            @jcgator2016 hope Hurricane Dorian doesn't hit you too hard. The southwest coast of FL was preparing as well just in case Dorian decided to come more west. Having survived Hurricane Irma in SW FL 2 yrs ago I know what you are going through. My prayers for your and everyone's continued safety.1
