            Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. Today was a rest day from running, but I ran a lot of errands by foot and lifted weights. Still managed to log 16,200 steps without running.
 Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No, I went over by 300 (still logged a 450 calorie deficit) because I was very hungry. Decided to eat a little more than planned so my hunger wouldn't turn into a binge tomorrow.

I started feeling better by the afternoon, so I got in a 2.5 mile walk during my lunch hour. There was no way I was breaking my now 128 Day streak of hitting my 10,000 step goal every day!

 @Lazy_Bones_85 - I'm a runner as well and I have the same issue -- I find I'm hungrier the day after my long runs than on the actual day. I guess it just takes some extra time for the body to realize it needs more fuel! LOL It's a balancing act, for sure!
