    Got my 10 mile run tomorrow morning -- looking forward to my first race of the fall season. It was very cool here (topped out at 80 degrees) for northern CA -- hopefully that will continue for tomorrow!

    Exercise was the complete clearing out of one bedroom in order to pick up furniture, so add in moving furniture!

    I’m logging three days fri- sun.
    Friday yes yes yes. 15 min on elliptical glut and 15 min on manual treadmill.
    Sat was a pass day. Preplanned. Funeral to attend and a whole days events. I tried to be mindful about food but I wasn’t feeling like logging.
    Sunday was my third pass day and not planned. Logged and under budget but didn’t exercise.

    On the elliptical now. Today will work out well.
