Here is a photo of a heavy horse or draft horse exhibition.
One of the virtues of the UAC thoughtful tracking concept is I did overeat at the fair but I could consciously restrict both breakfast and dinner intake to achieve a 3-yes day!
Wonderful photo....
Yes, the virtues of UAC is very strong. I did the same thing. I had a wedding to attend. I restricted my breakfast and lunch. I had a very good workout. That made me to able to achieve a 3 yes!
Sept 7
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, Elliptical for 15 minutes, weight machines for 45 minutes. Had a good walk for 30 minutes. Good dancing to burn off part of the dinner calories
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes. Ate a very light breakfast, did my workout, and then for lunch ate a big bowl of salad (lots of lettuce, grilled chicken breast, tomatoes, peppers, very light dressing, some nuts) and lots of water! I was so full that it kept me till the dinner!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes and Yes
We attended a wedding of a friend's daughter. I was so prepared for the dinner which was very classy and I enjoyed very bit of the ceremony.
Thank you my UAC friends for the support!

I’m logging three days fri- sun.
Friday yes yes yes. 15 min on elliptical glut and 15 min on manual treadmill.
Sat was a pass day. Preplanned. Funeral to attend and a whole days events. I tried to be mindful about food but I wasn’t feeling like logging.
Sunday was my third pass day and not planned. Logged and under budget but didn’t exercise.
On the elliptical now. Today will work out well.3
