    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No, I totally blew it. Had dinner at a friend's house and could have stayed within goal if not for the wine (and then subsequent snacking)

    Calories?: Yes. My maintenance break is over and I’m back to lower calorie goals. I’ve decided to be less aggressive in my goals and I’ll see how that works out for me.

    Exercise - did some hill repeats in hard body trail runner territory. Gut passed by a couple of trail runners. I hate that but I guess it is only natural. It ain't like I am a spring chicken.

    There were these guys up there, artists, I think they call themselves plein air. I think that is how you spell it. They set up their easels and stand outside and paint what they are looking out. You probably heard of it. Good of reason as any to go outside and hang out. That is what I say.

    - I took that expensive gps tracker watch back today. They gave me a refund! Yay!
