Instead of leisurely walking at lunch today myself and my cod workers tried to catch a loose beagle but had no luck he was too quick but I did log and track and stayed under

Yes x 3 for me. @RangerRickL I found your words very inspiring when I read them this morning. But as I thought about it, I had no idea how to answer your question. I had a bike ride planned this afternoon and made the decision to cycle in one direction till I was tired and then turn around and ride the same distance back, meaning I got home exhausted. It’s TOUGH to push myself to that level under normal circumstances, so I’m pretty pleased with myself. Mediocre? Not today!7

Thanks, @RangerRickL! I was feeling a little weary from all this striving not to be mediocre - but I can do this!!! Who needs clean laundry? I mean, really. It can wait. I've got breakfast, lunch and exercise planned for tomorrow and a fun weekend ahead. I've got this. Thanks for the pep-talk!

12/9: Late posting. 😂 Busy day! DH's birthday.
Am: Prepped flowers for a demo to my Fun with Flowers Group after lunch. Prepared lunch for DH, visiting DED, and myself. (+ Burned extra calories)
Pm: gave flower demo, prepared birthday dinner for DH and both daughters. (+ burned so more calories)
NSV: chose to skip breakfast and do extra exercise in order to enjoy both meals.

I love it when people post something about themselves or their day, even just a few words about their food or exercise. I can see you as friends, working hard, like me, to keep fit and healthy, not just MFP posts...10
