    Ate two take out meals, was a very social day! Still did boot camp, but I don't believe I could accurately track food. Pretty sure I was over, or at least at maintenance which is a pass

    Exercise was loading the trailer for our end of season camp out - and the subsequent unloading, lol.
    Counted my blessings as I gazed up into the stars later that night, mindful of my precious body, spirit and mind.

    This was a Friday off from work, so I spent over 3 hours working with the horses and doing a lot of walking in the sand round pen. It was made even more difficult because it rained 3/4 inch this morning. @jan110144 will understand what I mean about walking in the sand.
