Exercise: Yes. Skipped Yoga class, too tired, but did about 75 minutes of walking and 5 minutes of extremely fast walking tonight, as I'd gone to the wrong concert venue. Got to the right one on time, with 3 minutes to spare! I'm definitely getting fitter, as I wasn't sweating, puffing and panting!
Calories: Under, just, but without using exercise calories.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 105 minutes of water exercises (45-minute class, 60 minutes pool walking before and after class); last day so stayed longer than normal. Beautiful day, not a cloud in the sky, I could have stayed all day!! Also, did a 15-minute walk with Ollie this morning before it got too hot. I'm going to try to do that every morning, whether I do the gym or not.

Exercise was a combo of housework and my at-home workout routine (squats, push-ups, etc)
Food was under. I find it easier on the weekend to eat a late 400 cal breakfast/lunch combo and an early dinner which lets me have a more fun dinner option as compared to a work day with breakfast and lunch separate and coming in at 800.
My birthday is coming up in a few days so Saturday dinner was a nice bottle of wine and a Blue Apron steak and veggie recipe with my husband but I was still under!8 -

Yes x 3 for me. Exercise was my morning strength training and apple picking with the fam in the afternoon.6 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 5 mile run outside this morning. Wanted it to be longer, but my legs were still tired from how I pushed myself during my 10 mile race on Sunday, and the extra strength training I started doing this week. Everything will even out in a week or so.

Exercise: Spent all afternoon outside with horses; two nine year old girls who loved feeding grass to the horses; more than 2 hours horseback
