challenge: 18 burpees, 30sec plank x 4, 8 squats x 3, 8 push ups x 3. had to catch up for the days I missed. still have 33 burpees to catch up on.
ab challenge: 20 sitting twists x 4 sets
5k training week 5: 10min warmup, 15min jog, 1min walk, repeat 2 times.
nsv is being able to jog for 30 minutes with just a minute rest in between. 5 weeks ago when I started I definitely could not do that!!14 -

exercise yes, grocery shopping( I even parked my cart and kept walking back to it with my groceries instead of bring the cart around the store, anyone would have thought I was crazy..lol also did housework

My NSV which I am very proud of is I am 60 years old and I can go up and down ladders at work better than a lot of the young kids that work with me. Most times I am the one on the ladder, never use to be that way, much easier for me today though.

I love this time of month and reading everyone's inspiring and awesome NSVs! For me, my latest NSV is being able to run a 10 mile race in less than 2 hours.14 -

@LisaPower123 My heart goes out to you! My youngest son suffers from depression and in his case, the right medication and a good coach, but above all, a good routine, healthy eating and regular exercise have helped him enormously. Keep up those sunrise walks!8
