    Thank you for the information @AnnofB. :smile: It sounds like the handle can be an issue, so I will be sure to go look at some in person. I actually have small hands, so I do find some weights to be a challenge to grip! I am looking forward to trying something new, I get bored so easily with strength workouts.

    Hiya @deeder522! It's hard when you're busy during your days and too tired to walk extra miles. I've had days like that for sure. Sounds like you're balancing it out by watching your calories carefully, so you're still doing well for yourself. For me, the heat is zapping my energy, I know I had bad form tonight with my workout, I just wanted it to be over. Good luck with your motivation! Know that better weather is on the horizon, if you're a fan of autumn, it starts next week!

    Sept Goal is to do some walking everyday! Still trying to get a rhythm to this working thing. I haven't worked for 3.5 yrs so it is tough to get back into it.

    I am going to go back and read all of your posts since I've posted last. I can't comment on them all because there are far too many (which is a very good thing!!), except to say Awesome and Wonderful 🌺🌷🌸. I sure miss it here when life happens and I don't have the chance to get onto the computer long enough to post. Hugs y'all 🤗....

    My goal for September is to continue to be active in some way at least 5 days a week, while continuing to add in more Leslie miles as well as outdoor walks as tolerated. I will also include other things like yard and garden work to keep me moving, while allowing my knee to completely heal. OK, I'm gonna go out on the limb and start to add in strength with weights or resistance bands walks or workouts 😲👍💪😄.

    September 1: Rest Day
    September 2: Decided it was going to be an easier day. Counted 60 minutes between grocery shopping and some working with the garden
    September 3: 3 miles Slim & Sleek 'Pilates Inspired Walk. 15 minutes yard/ garden this morning (my 69th B'Day)
    September 4: 3 miles Walk Slim Fast & Firm, plus some gardening
    September 5: 3 hours: a mix of errands & grocery shopping and work in the yard/ garden
    September 6: 3 miles WAP Express: Advanced Walk, 30 minutes garden
    September 7: 2 miles WAP Express: Walk Strong, 1 hour+ in the garden

    September 8: Rest Day
    September 9: 20 minute outside walk, 3 Mega Miles, 1 Walk Blaster
    September 10: 20 minute outside walk, 2 hours+ errands and grocery shopping
    September 11: 65 minute outside walk.
    September 12: 3 Mega Miles, 2 Walk Blasters, 1 hour yard/garden
    September 13: 2 miles WAP Express: Walk Strong, 2 Walk Blasters, 30 minute outside walk, 1 hour yard/garden
    September 14: 60 minutes outside walk, 30 minutes yard/ garden

    September 15: Rest Day
    September 16: 2 hours yard/garden
    September 17: 2.5 hours+ errands and grocery shopping
    September 18: 60 minutes: 6 Walk Blasters
    September 19: 2 miles Belly Blasting Walk, 3 Walk Blasters including Tummy Trimmer
    September 20: 1 hour yard/garden
    September 21: 2 miles Belly Blasting Walk, 3 Walk Blasters including Tummy Trimmer

    September 22: Rest Day
    September 23: 4 miles Super Challenge and 1 Walk Blaster: Flexibility Walk

    Sept Goal is to do some walking everyday! Still trying to get a rhythm to this working thing. I haven't worked for 3.5 yrs so it is tough to get back into it.

    9/7 Workout #199 was cleaning house for 1 hr and them walking around Home Depot and Tractor Supply, and stripping and remaking beds.[/b]
    9/8 Workout #200 30 mins, picking peppers, weeding and killing fire ants plus laundry, chopping all those peppers to freeze for sauces later
    9/9 walking & cleaning property and spaces 1 hr 15 mins

    9/18 burned 259 calories doing 60 minutes of Cleaning, heavy, vigorous effort Just cleaning the office because of a very rainy day
