Okay. I’ve decreased my daily calories (finally) & my weight, and all my weight stats are better than Tge previous month ! First time in many months.

Ate a lot today but tracked every last thing and was under due to lots of exercise. Went on a morning nature hike and then loaded and unloaded 50 bags, backpacks, and sleeping bags from the buses6 -

Well, I'm out for the WC this month. Not doing well at all. Too many restaurants this week. Not enough exercise. Both led to a gain this week. Trying to regroup and get my head back in the game.
I've scheduled next week with gym time on the schedule. Thankfully I work flexible hours so can arrange to be able to attend the water aerobics class at the new gym.6 -

Unfortunately I have to claim my 3rd pass day for the month! I am going to really try and still make the winners circle! I am working all weekend and have Mon & Tues off this week nothing planned yet for my days off but I definitely need some ME time!
