    Decent day today with light food choices. Just did a 20 min walk for exercise to rest after the last few days. Since I was able to log last week there's a chance I could actually make WC this month but I have a few dinners out coming up where I'll have to make smart choices to stay in the running.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No... 2 large glasses of Belgian Moon beer is 500 calories! Should have looked it up before having the second glass 😬
