@RangerRickL All is not lost. Although the first day of fall is Sept 23 we are having temps over 85 for the next week! yippee8

Fall is my favorite time of the year

Exercise: Yes. Lots of walking around town. It's the 'Heritage Weekend' in France, which means that they open lots of interesting places to the public, for free. Unfortunately it was pouring with rain, but I persevered!
Calories: Yes. To my surprise I'm still under, even though I poured myself two very large whiskies tonight, out of frustration with very difficult and stroppy partner, AND unfroze and ate a piece of delicious home-made cake. I checked my food intake twice, and it's correct, so I don't have to declare a Pass Day! Must have been all that walking!
Tracking: Indeed, logged everything and it looks right!

ECT are all good, I think. I hate to dig into those exercise points but I went to a early morning fitness class, took a 40 minute walk with a neighbor, shopped, cooked and cleaned till dinner. I needed those points!6

Today was very unusual in that I gave a 2 hour public presentation for 50 people. I love to teach, but I was very tired. I'm going to bed right after this post.

Decent day today with light food choices. Just did a 20 min walk for exercise to rest after the last few days. Since I was able to log last week there's a chance I could actually make WC this month but I have a few dinners out coming up where I'll have to make smart choices to stay in the running.3 -
