Ground Beef Diet?

Have any of you followed the Ground Beef Diet as a low keto?
How did you feel in long term?
For how long did you do it?
Which dishes is your favourite in ground beef?
Looking at trying it myself and would love some input from peopler about it.

    I do not do a fresh ground beef diet but do try to eat at least .5 pounds with 10 packs of mustard and a few cups of coffee heavy on half and half cream daily if past a McDonald's.

    I have lost some weight in this heat and was very hungry at lunch and ate one pound of fresh ground beef with 30 packs of mustard and coffee with half and half at the cost of $5.69

    Losing 10 pounds put me back down to around 200 but anyone over 60 losing weight may negativity impact longevity. I just learned that fact recently.

    I'm on a steak, bacon, fish, seafood, and egg diet. It's working great for me. I do supplement some nutrients like vitamin c, d, e, k2, folate, and iodine but not every day.

    Mustard is high in selenium and decent amounts of thiamine and manganese. Maybe you are lacking these nutrients?

    I'm on day 3 of an egg fast right now. A ground beef diet is suddenly sounding very appealing. ;) I've been struggling to lose weight even doing what worked for me when I first started keto and getting frustrated, trying different things to mix things up. Egg fasts have helped me break through plateaus twice before so I'm hopeful but if this doesn't work I might give the ground beef diet a try.

    Eggs and steak are mostly all I eat right now. I’m definitely not hungry most of the time.

    For context, I've waffled a bit in the 145-147 range for a while.
    Start of egg fast: 147 (GW: 133)
    Morning of day 2: 145.4
    Morning of day 3: 146.0
    Morning of day 4: 145.6

    What is going on?! I decided to give it one more day, but I am discouraged that it's not doing much. I was hoping to break through that 145 plateau that I can't seem to get below in recent months. (144.8 two weeks ago but bounced back up.)

    Mostly no. Hunger levels actually really dropped off.

    I do this too. I eat foods with a mentality: food=energy and fuel!

    If doesn't contribute to making me feel good, I usually don't eat it.

    I’m surprised how the healthy foods are usually the foods I want anyway. Steaks, eggs, fish, seafood, some veggies in butter, and bacon are all delicious. The one food that is ok, not great, that I eat anyway is beef liver because it’s so nutrient dense.

    This looks like the only way I'd try liver again in my life: If you have Netflix, search for Taco Chronicles (short series) and go to Episode 6 "Guisado" (stew tacos). A stand famous for their liver tacos starts at 17:10 and the lady goes through the complete preparation of the filling - extremely thinly sliced liver - this stand has been making these tacos for 50 years. Very simple recipe and so tender she cuts the pieces apart with a spoon... It even looks appetizing, and to me liver NEVER looks appetizing.
