    Calories and Tracking were good but I need to take a pass on the exercise. I did get in 18 flights of steps throughout the day.

    Exercise: just, 25 minutes walking, However, some of this was to get a new food scale, old one just didn't seem to be very accurate, and a new swimming cao, old one was tearing.
    Calories : just within, with using exercise calories
    Tracking: cried, but logged!

    I am doing an extended fast so it should be easy to finish the month off strong & on track.

    Good for you Lisa, I am not good with fasting. Tried once and felt sick by mid afternoon, then got a major headache that turned into a migraine, never again for me. I have friends that do it successfully too!
