    I been getting kind of slack on regular posting. Don't remember when I last posted.
    I always start this challenge with the best made plans.
    Gonna track, gonna track, gonna do the fandango...
    Got some good climb the last couple of days.
    Two 2000 footers on back to back days. My knee doesn't like that very much.
    The cost of obsession I guess.
    Strava said today was 2,000 calories. Didn't wear the heart monitor strap though so probably more like 1,000.
    I am pretty close to the Strava merit badge for climbing. Like 1,000 or so to go.
    Five days left in the month. I will probably make it.
    I seen a lot of turkeys today and it is turkey season. (archery)
    Didn't see no hunters. Found an arrow shaft though that someone lost.
    Had the place (canyon) to myself.
    Sometimes that is spooky.
    Little bit cold.
    I slowly start to organize my gear for cold excursions.
    I ought to put a picture of something.

    Two challenging days back to back and I am still on program. I was so frustrated from the events of the day that I went for a long walk instead of reaching for food or drink. Still frustrated but at least I am not mad at myself for over indulging.
