    Surprisingly, I was able to manage today's intake and exercise.

    One hour of boot camp, ate light all day. Had a big salad for lunch, and grazed on popcorn for dinner. Topsy turvy day!

    Yes x 3 for me. Morning exercise in the basement, and managed to refrain from all the table treats at a Mahjong party last night.

    ETA: No Winners Circle for me this month. Congrats to all of you who have stayed consistently strong!

    I'm surprised - i thought it would have been a pass day, but no...didn't indulge much at all (didn't deny myself a treat though) as was at a party in evening----it's certainly progress in my books compared to past events.
