    Exercised?: Yes, in two ten minute sets due to a chest cold. It’s killing my energy.

    Calories? Yes, although perhaps I went a little too low, we shall see how hungry I am tomorrow

    October is often a tough month for me: Canadian Thanksgiving, Hallowe’en treats and darker days. BUT I’m optimistic UAC will help keep me on track.
