Congratulations to our Winner's Circle September 2019 Qualifiers!!!
As one new member stated, "I thought this Challenge was going to be easy. I found out that it is anything but easy!"
We salute our team members who succeeded with the discipline to have no more than 3 Pass Days in the month of September:
@ConfidentRaven
@Slimpossible007
@TerriRichardson112
@Irsirius
@Bill70sStrong
@cjane917
@znaoiec
@corriepelc
@fatbambi2017
@LeeH31
@nicnz
The additional good news is that many other team members who did not qualify for the Winner's Circle, stayed with us throughout the month. They continued to post their daily results and many achieved weight loss or maintenance. That is winning too!
Best wishes to all team members!
Now, it's October...Let the games begin!

Good morning everyone! I did not make the winner's circle last month but I did lose 2.6lbs for the month. Slow month for me but I am happy with this as it was a stressful busy month for us. Normally a month like that would have resulted in a gain for sure as I have always been an emotional eater! A win win for me! Congratulations to all of you that did make the Winner's Circle! Great job!

Starting on a good note after my little sulk last week with my frozen shoulder diagnosis. My watch says I have done 18047 steps and burned 1744 active calories (plus 1454 resting ones) so far and it's not even 8 o'clock yet.
I did go for a run (which included some walking thanks to my week off with flu last week) and did 4km in less than 30 minutes.
Good food choices and did some meal prep (which my friend tells me looks like dog food, but it tastes great so his dogs obviously easy well!)
Tomorrow morning will start with swimming and then include sushi for lunch with my friend! We will be discussing a training program because she has finally agreed with me that she needs to get active again.
Excited to see how well I can do this month.5 -
Oh, my brain thinks I'm losing weight much faster than I am. The scale said 76.9kgs and the whole morning my brain kept telling me to log 69.7kgs. Under 70 is my goal, so I wish I was there, but it isn't too far away.5
