Calories - Yes, I've been eating about the same number of calories for a couple of weeks but these last few days I've been so hungry. I ate an awesome, veggie-packed salad for lunch and I was totally satisfied the whole afternoon. Must've been craving some vitamins:-)

WOW!! I did not realize how much stress eating I do until today. I RESISTED but it opened my eyes to how often I grab a nibble here or there. It's no wonder I'm up 10 pounds from a year ago! I'm a kitchen manager at a small school (150 students) & I'm on my feet moving ALL 8 hours. But I did good today!
All 3 categories got check marks in there box!
I rode bike for 20 minutes at 5 am & jogged 2.5 miles after work.
I logged ALL my food.
I was under calories but barely!

ECT is a yes for me. We went to an Asian fusion restaurant and I had to guess on the calories for a lettuce wrap and roasted sprouts but I was just under without counting my MILE swim this morning. (This distance is no biggie for most swimmers but I am glad anytime I reach it.)6

Happy October, everyone! Congrats to everyone who stuck it through September.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 1 mile treadmill walk + 27 minutes of strength (focused on abs and balance stability). My body is still feeling the 53K+ steps I took this weekend, plus I have a half-marathon on Sunday, so I've been playing it safe the last two days. I'll up my exercise intensity back up starting tomorrow.

Hi everyone! Nice to see some familiar names, you feel like companions on the road to becoming and staying fit and healthy. Nice to see new names as well, welcome.
I did most of the September challenge very successfully, but crashed out after about three weeks. I don't handle stress well. I'll keep trying, hope I'll manage the whole of October.
1st October: Under calories, yes. I was sick, though, so didn't actually eat much.
Exercise : Yes, just about 20 minutes walking, but only because I was forced to go to the bank and sort out sale of my partner's car.
Logged it all: Yes, this morning. Pulled myself together and looked up the calories of what I'd actually eaten. I'm in France, but my dominant language is English, having lived in UK for most of my life, so I don't want to do this in French, but it's really helpful that a lot of French brands and foods are on the database!9 -
