    I only ever tried to push one child in a push chair and I hated it so much, I used a baby sling after that. When I had two, the older one just had to walk! Wonder which uses up more calories!

    hello bit late posting but Oct 1 was a 3 x yes day. ate some junk food but still tracked and under limit. and exercised. best wishes all x

    Exercised?: Yes, 20 minutes on my new exercise bike. 😺 Plus the usual dog walk and general walking. It seems that all the energy missing from yesterday showed up today.

    Calories?: Yes. Oddly I had trouble with trying to eat enough.
