    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, stayed home from work with an injured leg (getting better), but did walk my elderly neighbor's dog, walked around to pick up my meds, and lifted some weights at home.

    Any tips on accurately tracking food when traveling and eating at unknown and unplanned locations?

    It will probably be impossible to weigh/measure your food. Some people take photos of their food so they can try to look it up when they get back to their hotel. You might also take photos of the names of the restaurants and search later for websites with calorie info.

    @vivalavida82 - fun job! (dangerous, too) I just make a drink limit before I arrive, and then attempt an honest guess for the closest calories when logging meals I don't know and go on. Oh, and take a picture of your plate before you eat to help remember. Have fun!

    Yes to all 3 . I am trying to lose only 2 pounds per week instead of 4 which for me is harder. so far so good

    I logged I stayed under and exercised did much walking at work today vacuumed the house this evening washed and folded laundry along with playing with the 3 dogs
