I ROCKED all 3 today!!!
My exercise was 3 miles of speed walking/slow running (chest cold is about gone) & I worked a food truck at my school job lifting heavy cases & putting them in freezers, on shelves or in storage room (a good enough workout that I didn't feel bad about missing my lifting day!).
Logged my food & water.
& I posted it!
Also my weight is down almost 2 pounds!1 -
