    Exercise: Yup, 3 hours of walking.
    Calories: just under. I upped my calory goal to maintenance while I’m traveling to have an achievable goal. And I was extra good before I left, so I’ll be happy if I maintain for the next few days.

    ECT for me! Yoga class this morning, then grocery shopping and meal prep, followed by a 3 hour museum tour, which was quite interesting, and finally sitting down to one glass of wine, (tracked) and dinner.
