Not a spectacular day, but not quite bad enough to call it a pass.
Exercise - yes - parked far away and walked 30 min to get where I needed to go, took a few flights of stairs, that's about it
Calories - yes - but not the best quality calories
Tracked - yes2 -

Happy Birthday @BMcC9! Amazing job not taking a pass for that!
Pass Day #2 for me. Gardened for six hours but that didn’t counteract the Dinner out with my parents. I logged it all and that number was twice my daily intake!!!
My Dad started using MFP about 6 months ago and has lost 40lbs. It was really fun to be able to talk about MFP in the real world. I found my love of exercise late in life but I definitely inherited it from my father. I probably inherited my love of cocktails from my mother 😂😂2 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No
Busy day at work. But didn't need to eat like I did.2 -

Is it a situation where you can control ANY of the menu? If you aren't hosting, can you offer to bring a (personal fave that fills and satisfies you) salad or or a dessert (and not mention that the dessert recipe is your fav from the Diabetic Friendly sub-set of allrecipes.com and made with stevia not sugar .... )1 -

Yes x 3
I attended a conference for 2 days, so no time for actual gym.
However, since I recently got a fitness watch thingy, I was shocked to discover that I actually walked 10.11 km and climbed a total 28 floors on Tuesday!
Since I'm in Europe, walking everywhere is quite common, but I had no idea the distance added up to that much - considering I only went to, from and around the city centre. So I guess I got my exercise in that way. Who knew?!1 -

Thank you for that! I hope you don’t mind but I quoted you in the “What’s on your mind today?” thread.

Don't mind at all, @goldthistime ! If not useful (aka not Canadian) this weekend, people will still want to get / give ideas for advanced Nov Thanksgiving planning, and/or just plain "family / holiday gathering" situations that happen more and more frequently as we more closer to the "Holly Daze" season.1 -
Catching up on missed posts this week!
Doesn't look like a winners circle for this month sigh.
3x No's this day. I rolled my ankle previous night so hobbling around for a couple days
