A big no on all 3 and that's really fine with me. First Pass and my family and I are still recovering from the flu. I enjoyed extra soup and resting.

My favorite month is pumpkin spice. I figure there is a reason why my birthday is early Oct! 😉 Does anyone else have a favorite flavor that turns up as a recurring cyclical yearly challenge to moderation? (Not necessarily a fall flavor ... maybe candy cane everything around Christmas, or mint everything around St Patrick's day / March for example. And maybe it is not "sweet" that is a problem for you, but "too much soya sauce around Chinese New Year" or "too much salty bbq spice mix per daily summer bbqing")4 -

Phenomenal day for me. Trying to get out there and enjoy what’s left of the good weather.
@BMcC9 I love pumpkin spice. Enough that I’ll shake the spices (with no sugar) onto some squash or sweet potato, stir in a little milk and be happy as a clam. My challenge to moderation is just “sweet”, any flavour will do.3 -
ECT for me -I went to barre class this morning plus I snuck out this afternoon and set the timer on my watch and started walking in the gorgeous weather for 7.5 minutes, then turned around headed back to my desk... a mini 15 minute pick-me-up.
As for fall treats I like to add a small dollop of canned pumpkin to my morning oatmeal along with finely chopped dried plums, diced apples, cinnamon and nutmeg. It's a treat!4 -
Spin biking could ride no longer 14 minutes sore knee but made 3 miles logged my food and stayed under ok with my day there is always tomorrow4

Within calories budget - just barely, but managed it eventually. I might have counted the ones I burned via exercise and eaten them in the form of a liquor chocolate... 45 calories, don't want to hear it... yolo etc.

Exercise: good old walking - 8.41 kilometers - for free ! weather was lovely, birds were singing, the chocolate liquor (see above) was swinging from left to right in my head, good times!
