Butter. Coconut oil. Olive oil. Avocado oil.
Without adding carbs, you’re looking at straight fats added to your food.
Why do you need to increase fat?

If your goal is to lose weight, you don't need to add fat. Keep carbs low, protein moderate and feed off your body fat.

When I was still watching ratios and trying to reach fat goals eggs were definitely an easy go-to for me. They are more fat than protein (based on calories) and they add no carbs.

Fatty nuts like cashews and pecans are another help.

    Mayo based dressings and sauces.

Bacon and bacon grease are also good.

I add a couple of tbsps of olive oil, butter, coconut oil and/or a couple of servings of full fat cheeses or full fat creams (heavy, sour, yogurt) to literally everything I cook.

When starting keto, I did a lot of egg dishes with oils, cheeses, veggies, and meats.

In The Low Carber Daily Forum group find the thread called "What does your low carb meal look like?"

Almost 80 pages of foods, with pictures, a lot of recipes and ideas!

    Worth the read through!!
