            OK, before I completely lose my mind, who in our group had the fur baby named Molly O'Malley...beautiful dog and you used to post pictures a lot of her while you were out on walking adventures...I'm missing you and her! Just curious...already tried one person who I thought it might be, but perhaps it's @SaraMakingChanges ?? I can't remember...ya'll just HAVE to start talking to me again...it's just so quiet around here! LOL

            What are some of everyone's personal "tricks" that help them stick to their diets? This is one of mine. I love savory foods, so when I want something salty, I make broth with bullish, I use half sodium free, half regular. It helps satisfies that craving with few calories, and I use half sodium free to reduce the amount of sodium in it.

 What is "bullish"? Sometimes I try to drink a glass of water first before reaching for what I'm craving. It only works half the time though.2

            Does anyone have an issue with any of the vitamins or supplements they take causing an after taste? I usually drink an extra bit of flavored water to avoid this, but it made me curious...0
