I enjoy my work with clients, but I have added the pressure of intense study preparation for a one week long intensive multidisciplinary 'bootcamp' on business owner exit planning. I'll be in Scottsdale, AZ all next week participating in a 8 am until 6 pm class.
I'm really upping my game, but I'm sprinting like @Bill70sStrong and @corriepelc, but it's all mental sprinting.3 -

You are doing GREAT with the "staying within daily calorie range" entries! I remember waaaaaayyyyyy back when you first started, and how it took time to find new works-for-you lifestyle ways to make that happen more often than not.2 -
