Last night, my wife, Rose, could wait no longer to take me to see the Downton Abbey movie 2019. We both love historic costumes and characters. Over the years, we both grew to enjoy the cast and characters of the hit tv series.
The movie has been out for several weeks, so we had the entire 7:30 pm showing to ourselves.
We ate popcorn for our evening meal alternative.
What are you watching or reading that you would like to recommend?6 -

Hi there!
Been good for the past 2 days.
Yesterday, I was extra careful at the restaurant and was able to stay within my calories target even though I hadn’t done any formal exercise, only some walking, yey!!!!
For today
Exercise: 2h bike ride with my husband :-)

@fitqueenbess This year I resurrected my small gardening business and get in any where from 2-6 hours almost every day. I feel incredibly lucky to be able to do work I thoroughly enjoy.

Wow @lalabank - You are truly living the dream - AND eating ice cream. Does every one know about Halo Top? I just looked it up and it's almost health food in ice cream world! It has protein, fiber, modest calories and good reviews. I recognize most of the ingredients (which didn't list the whipped air, part of its culinary miracle) so it's not loaded with chemicals. Thanks for the tip!

@RangerRickL Returned to childhood this week with the classic Sound of Music. Given we just returned from Austria and did the panoramic original Sound of Music Tour in Salzburg, we gained a new perspective on the movie and the differences between the real life story and the film.4 -

I’ve arrived in Phoenix, AZ. Rose & I own a condominium here. It’s only 2 blocks from unlimited desert hiking pathways.
