10/9 - Posting late...got caught up in reviewing pics from our trip. I have hundreds to still go through!

I worked until almost 11:00pm since I'll be leaving town for 10 days.

I’m using activity for exercise, I did house work from 7am-2pm. Got so much accomplished, the gym needs to be closed for maintenance more often! Just made it on calories with no eat backs.4 -

Regularly checking the Fitbit calories burned reading (in addition to step-count total) is helping me ensure that "Lightly Active" IS the correct MFP goal-set for target calorie allotment. Both readings are strong incentives to get out for a walk at lunch while the weather is still nice. Who knows how long that's gonna last.....3 -
