    Yes x3. Calories well under. Busy day and didn’t get my workout in but I wasn’t willing to take a pass day so I did yoga and abs before bed.

    I enjoy my work with clients, but I have added the pressure of intense study preparation for a one week long intensive multidisciplinary 'bootcamp' on business owner exit planning. I'll be in Scottsdale, AZ all next week participating in a 8 am until 6 pm class.
    I'm really upping my game, but I'm sprinting like @Bill70sStrong and @corriepelc, but it's all mental sprinting.

    You are doing GREAT with the "staying within daily calorie range" entries! I remember waaaaaayyyyyy back when you first started, and how it took time to find new works-for-you lifestyle ways to make that happen more often than not.

    Exercise - nope - I was trying to justify all the various walking I did throughout the day, which means I really didn't do any intentional exercise.
    Calories - nope - just barely over, and with good foods, I feel pretty ok about it

    Did I ever! 200 calories under, not even counting for what I burned. Trying to get back on track after the cheat days I had.
