    You are doing GREAT with the "staying within daily calorie range" entries! I remember waaaaaayyyyyy back when you first started, and how it took time to find new works-for-you lifestyle ways to make that happen more often than not.

    Exercise - nope - I was trying to justify all the various walking I did throughout the day, which means I really didn't do any intentional exercise.
    Calories - nope - just barely over, and with good foods, I feel pretty ok about it

    1 hour weightlifting in the morning (leg day, yay)
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
    Did I ever! 200 calories under, not even counting for what I burned. Trying to get back on track after the cheat days I had.
